We kindly ask that all wedding guests stay with us at Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres. Our wedding events and guest accommodations are coordinated through the resort, so staying on property helps ensure everyone is included in the celebration and makes the weekend as seamless as possible. We’ve secured a room block for our guests, which can be booked through our booking link.

Please reserve your room by March 7, 2027 if you plan to attend. Because our wedding is a private event, the resort rooming list will be used as our official wedding guest list. Reserving by this date helps us finalize our guest count and wedding plans. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you let us know by March 7 as well.

All-inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on the number of guests staying in each room. Your stay at Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres includes all meals and beverages (including alcohol), round-trip shared transportation between Cancún International Airport (CUN) and the resort, as well as all taxes and gratuities. Optional travel insurance is available for purchase during the booking process. Additional details about the resort, accommodations, and amenities can be found within the reservation link.

Once you’ve coordinated your travel dates with family and friends, you’re ready to secure your room! A deposit of $100 per room (or $50 per person, depending on your room choice) is due at the time of making your reservation, along with the cost of any optional travel insurance you select. Final room payments are due by September 24, 2027 for all guests. For those who need additional time to pay, Affirm financing is available to offer longer payment terms.

The resort requires a three-night minimum stay for all guests. We have pre-reserved rooms at a special group rate. Guests are welcome to extend their stay, pending availability. Our group rates are valid for up to three days before and three days after the wedding dates. Requests outside of this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and prevailing rates.

She will respond during normal business hours if you reach out over the weekend.

Yes! There are no set requirements for additional payments, as long as your final balance is paid by the due date. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll have access to your personal payment portal, where you can make payments at your convenience leading up to the final deadline.

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport book, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website. A passport book is required — passport cards, Enhanced Driver’s Licenses, and SENTRI cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. It is your responsibility to be able to travel outside the United States.

While travel insurance is not required, reservations at all-inclusive resorts are prepaid and non-refundable, so purchasing travel protection is strongly encouraged. Life is unpredictable, and plans can change. During the booking process, you will have the option to review two different trip protection policies to help safeguard your trip.

Please note that without travel insurance, you will not have medical coverage through the resort or your vacation package. Additionally, many domestic health insurance plans may not provide coverage outside of the United States. Travel insurance can help protect you in the event of cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once you have booked your flight, please log into your invoice and enter your flight details. This information is required to schedule your airport transportation. Guests who do not submit their flight details by the deadline will forfeit their included airport transfers. Flight information must be submitted at least 30 days prior to departure.

The closest airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), and transportation is only included from this airport. Please note that the included transfers are shared transportation, meaning the shuttle may make stops at other resorts along the way. If you prefer a private, non-stop vehicle, an upgrade is available upon request for an additional cost. If you would like assistance booking your flights, Mindi is happy to help!

Yes! You are welcome to share a room with another invited guest. Please coordinate with your roommate and designate one person to complete the reservation form. If you and your roommate live at different addresses, be sure to include the second guest’s full contact information (address, phone number, and email) in the notes section of the reservation. Alternatively, you may email the additional guest’s information directly to mphillips@destinationweddings.com to ensure both names are properly included in the booking.

If you happen to find a lower rate, our Specialist will be happy to review the details and submit a price match request when applicable, so long as the package is apples to apples (same travel dates, room category, transfers included, etc.). To submit a price match, please email timestamped screenshots to our Specialist at mphillips@destinationweddings.com. Non-refundable and member-exclusive rates are not eligible for price matching. Price matches are subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions. Exclusions may apply.

To ensure your reservation is included in our wedding room block and guest list, please book through the reservation link on this site rather than directly through the resort or another travel website. If you find a lower rate elsewhere, please contact Mindi before booking so she can review whether it is eligible for a price match.
